A warm summer evening in the Hollywood hills was the perfect backdrop for this eclectic Mediterranean dinner party. Chef Nimer tapped into his family recipes and created handmade kibbeh bulgar meatballs, his grandmothers herbal and lemony tabouli along with beautiful organic beef sfeeha’s filled with currants and pinenuts. Guests sipped housemade white sangria and enjoyed conversation while nibbling on a Haute Chefs “mezze” spread of Middle Eastern cheeses, toasted breads, yogurt dips and rustic olives.
