For our drop off catering service, order confirmation depends on our availability as well as the delivery location – we are limited to delivering within LA county currently. Drop off catering lead time is 3 business days before the delivery date. Deliveries can be scheduled 7 am - 2 pm, Monday through Saturday.
Haute Chefs drop off catering has a food order minimum of $500. However, if you choose to pick-up from our headquarters in North Hollywood, there is no order minimum or delivery fee. We do not use third party delivery companies to deliver your food.
The food will come fully cooked and packaged in oven-safe containers. You can then reheat the food and serve it at your desired time. We tend to book up very quickly, so advance orders are highly recommended.
Please email us before placing an order if you have any questions about the menu, our availability on your desired delivery date or if you would like recommendations on favorite items.
Payment Terms: A credit card is required to place an order. We will not charge you card until we have confirmed your desired delivery date is available and we can accommodate your order. We will let you know if we cannot accommodate the order for any reason.
