For most events, we design the menu and food vibe from a creative deck or a mood board. For this one, bright hues of pinks, purples in a kaleidoscope pattern made our imagination run wild with ideas on how we could incorporate the palette to the palate. We used beets for pinks, passionfruit for bright yellows, borage flowers for purple and colored cocktails fuchsia with prickly pear.
