We curate each event, each dining experience from a fresh lens. For FRIEZE LA, we knew our audience. They eat at the best restaurants, they shop at the best stores, they live in homes that are very likely created and designed by the most influential architects and their walls? Adorned by art with provenance. We are feeding the invited guests of a global financial institution worthy of invitation, so it must reflect the common service values and expectations of: impeccable service, attentive excellence and the deep understanding that perfection is the result of a sum of details.
On the menu on this particular day: blini with crème fraiche and house made gravlax, Wagyu on bioche with caviar (it is such a fun luxury – it may be bougie, but in the best of ways), Moroccan chicken with couscous, everyone’s favorite chicken fennel on watermelon radish, pressed organic wellness shots and avocado toasts. This event was 4 days, open to close with a total of 64 different menu items between savory and sweet, fueled by LA’s own Canyon Coffee and France’s Ruinart. France meets LA – usual suspects.
