Living in the mecca of great Mexican food, we had endless inspiration for this modern Mexican inspired event. Festive, colorful and happy is the best way to describe not only the guests, but the food as well. Our sous chef, Noelia was implemental in recreating some of her families “casera” (of the home) salsa’s and beef ‘al pastor’ in conjunction with Chef Nimer’s technique and sourcing of all ingredients from our purveyors. We served enchilada’s, “Noelia’s abuelita salsa,” from scratch handmade enchiladas and authentic Northern Mexico style guacamole with local avocados.
