Deep in the Bird Streets, among the shimmer of swimming pools reflecting the sunshine above and reflecting the silhouette of hovering palm trees, La Mer held a beauty workshop for the influential du’jour.  We created a menu to match – wellness meets Instagram trends ready for their close-ups.  Beauty from the inside with ingredients like avocado, chia seed, coconut milk all washed down with Veuve.  Sometimes, we are hired purely on the unique expertise and innate language of being able to translate the core brand message into food.  We’ve worked in prestige, we’ve created brand stories ourselves – so we know what you’re looking for.  Here, for the French beauty brand, La Mer, rooted in nature (tea, ocean minerals, gifts from the ocean), we understood the menu required a nod to the sea. It required a salute to wellness, beauty from a cellular level.  So, we created a menu with ingredients that directly supported this benefit all served on hand-selected marble boards.
